0Rating:

The video in a live scenario will be streamed at on a variable bit rate basis, this means that we set a maximum upstream rate and your computer will automatically download the stream at the most suitable bit rate for your connection speed and system setup. We currently provide access to streams at bit rates ranging from 450 kbps up to 650 kbps, as demonstrated on demo page. While we try our best to provide replays we are not able to guarantee all games to have replays, since that is out of our control and depends on the station broadcasting the event, however in most cases replays usually start within couple hours of original game ending Video On Demand.

Can I watch your streams on an Apple Mac Computer

0Rating:
Written by Administrator
Yes
Submitted by one of our happy members, Thanks rifai.
WOW, it works. I found the solution to Mac OS X Intel cricket fans. It works on VLC Media Player. Launch VLC Media Player, Under file menu "Open Network", select mms on port then paste the mms://..... and it works.
There are lots of Mac people out there wanting to watch cricket. Please tell them all.
Download VLC Player

Compatibility with Apple Mac systems is not guaranteed and we suggest that all Mac users test our demo to ensure that their system is compatible. The reason that some Apple Mac users cannot access is related to Microsoft DRM (Digital Rights Management) compatibility.

The Microsoft DRM system will only work on Mac systems that have WMP (Windows Media Player) Version 9 and above installed and are running under Mac OS 9 or under OS X in Classic Mode. Unfortunately other Mac based media players such as Flip4Mac are not compatible.

I'd like to be able to watch the match both at home and at work. Is that possible

0Rating:
Written by Administrator
You are allowed to watch from different places, using a single registration, provided you do not do so concurrently. close your windows media player and then stream from another place and open another video window, you can watch the match. Just make sure you do not leave the video window open at your home before you leave for work. If you attempt to watch from 2 places concurrently, you will be blocked off from the previous place, and warning will be sent us. Multiple concurrent streams are not permitted. We strongly discourage any attempts to share the streams among multiple users. Violation of this rule will result in the cancellation of your subscription, and no refunds will be provided.

I purchased a stream but there was no play due to an early finish or bad weather, can I have a refund

0Rating:
Written by Administrator
Whilst unfortunately no refunds can be provided due to circumstances out with our control, we are happy to offer credits for cancelled events in the form of access to alternative events of no lesser value than value of canceled event and not higher than 3 times the value of cancelled event.

If no alternative events are available at the time an event has been fully cancelled, you may apply credit in the value of cancelled event towards future purchases.
Credit amount amount will be calculated per number of games purchased and number of games actually canceled. For instance if you purchased a package with ten one day ODI games and one ODI game was fully cancelled, you would receive credit for 10% of original transaction amount.

Only events fully cancelled without any play will be considered for such a credit. If no alternative event is available customers should contact us to request a credit for future purchases.

1.This happens when your use wireless connection you will face packet loss when your ISP (Internet Services Provider) at high traffic so make sure your on at wired connection and try at both datacenter watch cricket using firefox browser Install firefox | WMP plug-in for Firefox Click Here

2.when your facing such problem reboot your pc/laptop and router and then try again or if you have another pc/laptop internet connection try at there or please contact us for direct link.

3.If you using torrent, filesharing application that consume internet bandwith, Please close them before playing the stream

4.Sometimes fault is at your ISP problem you faced is Packet Loss http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Packet_loss when they are at high traffic too much traffic can dramatically slow down or even prevent all access to a web site. This is caused by more file requests going to the server than it can handle and may be an intentional attack on your ISP server or simply caused by peak hour. Large scale users with numerous servers can often cope with the traffic required and it is more likely that smaller services are affected by traffic overload, Its out of our control You need to provide a complete trace route result to your ISP http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traceroute

5.Again the packet loss happen when your ISP at peak hours sometimes ISP bandwidth cap or throttling bandwidth at peak hours http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bandwidth_cap | http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bandwidth_throttling

6.you need to provide a traceroute result to your ISP so they can fixed it for you at their end.

In Windows, select Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt Enter the word tracert, followed by a space, then the domain name.
